The Festool all-inclusive Warranty provides a comprehensive service free of charge and has the customers at the forefront of their mind. It really gives peace of mind when purchasing Festool products, as long as you register your product within 30 days of purchase. Once you have registered through Festool, you will be covered for the first three years. The repairs should all be requested directly with Festool though the use of their online order form, this also applies to a faulty product.

Not only is this an excellent service, Festool use original parts and guarantee the availability of every spare part for at least ten years after discontinuation. If your part is not in stock, you will receive a new machine free of charge from Festool.

Festool even help customers in the unfortunate event of having their tool stolen and will replace a product with the payment of a small excess. If you experience a theft, Festool expect customers to contact the police immediately so that the above can be processed as quick as possible and you can start working as soon as possible. This will then need to be handed to your dealer along with the warranty certificate. The small payment is an excess of £110 (excl. VAT), its worth bearing in mind that the new machine will not be protected again theft. (For products from the category Power Station, a different deductible of £880 net (excl. VAT) applies).

Once you have ticked all the boxes through this simple Festool process, you will be contacted by Festool upon the progress and should be able to collect a new device shortly afterwards.
